Terms of service

Customer hereby release YOSHTUNED, INC of the business, and/or whomever is supplying calibrations to me from any and all responsibilities in the case that any damage occurs during the process of testing and/or tuning my automobile. I agree to allow the staff of YOSHTUNED, INC on my car. I agree to not bring any legal means/action, social media defamation, or similar towards Yosh Tuned from the result of damage that may occur when testing and/or tuning my automobile. I accept the fact that I am putting my vehicle under higher operating loads than originally intended, (and/or modifying any part of the vehicle) and understand this form and the process completely. I understand the tuner reserves the right to apply a lock, password, or anti-tampering measure on the calibration or hardware. I understand the tuner is the owner of the calibration, and I am paying for the service of tuning. I understand the calibration is the intellectual property of the tuner. I understand a copy of the calibration may be released to me at the discretion of the tuner. I understand that any physical mechanical repairs that would need performed during tuning process will have to be addressed before continuing, at the advice of the tuner. I understand the staff reserves the right to terminate services due to a vehicle’s lack of preparation or condition, and understand regardless of my vehicle’s preparedness or condition, I will be charged for the e-tune service.
