Refund policy

Customer understands the staff reserves the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason they see fit. I understand the service I have purchased has a thirty (30) day period from purchase date to redeem; failure to begin the process in the time allotted will result in forfeiture and require repayment to begin. I understand that revisions are done Monday-Friday, and that a revision per day is not always guaranteed, although it is attempted. In instances of remote tuning or e-mail-based tuning, I understand all the same terms mentioned on this agreement are applied. I understand there are no refunds for tuning. This disclaimer simply releases YOSHTUNED, INC and/or the tuner from any responsibilities in the event any problems may occur in the present or future.
