Which KTuner device do you need?
KTuner offers different hardware configurations, including V1.2, V2, and supported ECU board solutions. The right option depends on the vehicle, ECU, model year, transmission, and installed tuning hardware. A device used on one Honda cannot be assumed compatible with another. Confirm fitment using the tuning hardware documentation and your exact ECU before purchasing calibration services.

What is included in a custom KTuner remote e-tune?
A Yosh Tuned e-tune is a custom calibration service for the supplied vehicle setup. The process begins with a starting calibration followed by requested datalogs and revisions. Depending on available ECU controls and the setup, tuning can address starting and idle, normal driving, fuel and ignition behavior, and applicable cam/VTEC and forced-induction control.
The service does not include new KTuner devices, ECU hardware, a laptop, cables, or any required wideband equipment. It does not replace repairs or troubleshooting of a faulty vehicle.
Naturally aspirated and boosted KTuner Hondas
For naturally aspirated builds, intake, exhaust, manifold, camshaft and fuel choices affect calibration needs. For turbocharged or supercharged builds, accurate injector and pressure-sensor data, fuel-delivery capacity, boost-control hardware and wideband operation become especially important. Yosh Tuned must know the correct modifications and installed hardware before establishing the requested logs.
E85 or flex-fuel tuning requires the correct fuel-system and control setup, when supported. Never switch fuels between revisions without confirming calibration compatibility.
How the remote KTuner tuning process works
- Confirm compatibility: Check vehicle, ECU and KTuner hardware version.
- Choose your service: Select the correct vehicle, naturally aspirated/boosted setup and actual fuel on the KTuner E-Tune product page.
- Provide your details: Include engine, parts, sensors, fuel system and any changes from stock.
- Upload the supplied starting calibration: Follow the instructions for that specific file.
- Log only as instructed: Yosh Tuned reviews your datalogs and provides revisions as applicable until the calibration process is completed.
Safety: Do not perform a wide-open-throttle pull unless Yosh Tuned specifically requests it. Stop testing and report misfires, knock, abnormal temperatures, incorrect fuel pressure, lean readings, uncontrolled boost or other unexpected conditions. Carry out requested testing legally and safely.
KTuner e-tuning frequently asked questions
Can I use KTuner on any Civic Si or Honda Accord?
No. KTuner support depends on the exact vehicle, engine/ECU, year and transmission. Review the current compatibility information for your hardware and confirm your setup before ordering.
Is a KTuner remote tune the same as a FlashPro tune?
No. The tuning service must match your installed engine management system. If your car uses Hondata FlashPro or K-Pro, choose that matching service rather than KTuner. See the Yosh Tuned platform selection guide.
Do I receive a premade basemap?
No. Yosh Tuned does not sell standalone premade basemap files. A custom starting calibration is part of the purchased remote e-tuning service, with instructed datalog-based revisions.
Can I tune my car from outside a local shop?
